When asked about his favourite dish created so far, he proudly mentions buckwheat cicvara soufflé with yoghurt and honey mouse, inspired by his grandma’s legendary cicvara, where he expertly transformed a traditionally savoury dish made of corn and cheese into an amazing appetiser.
