Day 1: Sarajevo to Herzegovina Highlights
After pickup from your Sarajevo accommodation, the journey follows the scenic Neretva River southward. The first stop is Konjic, a riverside town famous for its Ottoman stone bridge, where you take a short break to stretch and enjoy the view.
The tour continues to Blagaj to visit the Blagaj Tekke, a dervish monastery located at the Buna River source, blending nature, history, and spiritual heritage.
Next is Počitelj, a well-preserved stone village featuring medieval and Ottoman architecture. Walk its narrow streets and enjoy views over the Neretva Valley.
Then visit Kravice Waterfalls, a natural area surrounded by greenery, offering time to relax, walk, or swim in warmer months.
The final stop on Day 1 is Mostar. Enjoy a guided walk through Mostar Old Town, learning about the Old Bridge, local history, and daily life. After the guided tour, you have free time for lunch before checking in to your hotel for the night.
