  • Kotor Bay: The coastal road around Kotor Bay, including the main road from Kotor to Tivat, can get congested during the summer. This is particularly accurate on weekends and during popular events and festivals in the region.
  • Budva: Budva is one of the most popular coastal towns in Montenegro, attracting a large number of tourists. The main road leading to Budva, especially from the direction of the capital city, Podgorica, can experience heavy traffic, especially during peak summer months.
  • Ulcinj: Ulcinj, located in the southern part of Montenegro, is known for its beautiful beaches. The road leading to Ulcinj, especially the stretch from Bar to Ulcinj, can be congested during the summer.
  • Adriatic Highway: Or Jadranska Magistrala in Montenegrin, is the main coastal road that runs along Montenegro's coastline. During the summer months, especially in popular resort areas such as Budva, Petrovac, and Herceg Novi, this road can experience heavy traffic, particularly on weekends and during peak travel times.
