Description
The tour begins at an agreed location in Podgorica, with pick-up available from other cities upon itinerary adjustments. You will first visit Budva Old Town, a coastal town known for its 400-year Venetian walls and rich history.
Next, the tour heads to Kotor Old Town, Montenegro’s only UNESCO World Heritage site. Wander its maze-like streets and enjoy free time to explore the squares and landmarks.
Afterwards, you travel to Njegusi Village via a historic 19th-century road featuring 25 switchbacks and spectacular views. In Njegusi, visit a local family-owned restaurant to taste smoked prosciutto and cheese, regional specialties.
The tour then continues to Cetinje, Montenegro’s Old Royal Capital, including a visit to the Cetinje Monastery and a walking tour before returning to Podgorica.
An alternative tour option includes visiting Rijeka Crnojevica in Skadar Lake National Park, a photo stop above Karuc village, a short drive along Boka Bay with a stop at Kotor Bay, visits to Budva and Kotor old towns, and a photo stop above Sveti Stefan island.
