Murano Restaurant and Gourmet Garden

 

Set against the dramatic backdrop of Montenegro’s Boka Bay, at the heart of the superyacht marina, Regent has put guest experiences front of mind this summer, with a personally curated foodie events calendar that promises exclusive and personalised entertainment each month.
 

Independence Day

 
To entice and excite guests about the local Montenegrin cuisine, the calendar kicks off with a gourmet experience through time at the hotel’s Murano Restaurant, with a five-course menu dedicated to each region of Montenegro and with live entertainment from local singers, Incanto Klapa. On May 21, Regent invites you to celebrate Montenegro Independence Day with typical Montenegrin welcome treats Priganice, Proja and traditional Rakia served all day at Gourmet Corner, with great views from the terrace across the marina.
 

Al Fresco Cooking Shows 

 
New this season, Regent introduces a series of Al Fresco cooking shows once a month in the Gourmet Garden, providing guests with more hands-on and personal experience with local food and personalities. Starting the series is Danijela Lazovic, founder of the popular food blog Hedonista.me, followed by Damir Moskov, founder of food blog Damirove Gastrolomije and then Editor in Chief of Caffe Montenegro magazine, Sanja Golubovic hosting the show in July.
 

Juan Amador, Michelin Star Chef and Other Themed Dinners

 
The hotel will also be hosting a series of standout themed dinners for its guests at Murano Restaurant including a Michelin Chef Dinner with sensational dishes created by Michel-starred Chef Juan Amador on 24th and 25th August, the unmissable Captain’s Dinner paying homage to ‘summer by the sea’, the Mediterranean Candlelit Dinner with a live Fado performance, the five-course Truffle Dinner served alongside Italian Chansons and Regent’s Full Moon Gala Dinner in the hotel’s Italian Garden, with Venetian masks available for guests wanting to add an element of mystery to their evening.
 
For guests looking for a more personalised and private occasion, Regent introduces the Chef’s Table this summer – enjoy a four or six-course menu, created and presented by Regent’s Chefs. Bookings must be made in advance. 
 
For a more relaxed setting, the hotel’s Library Bar will host themed BBQ’s from May to September including Asian, Adriatic, Mediterranean, Montenegrin and Texas BBQ – providing something for everyone with flavours from all over the world. Alternatively, every Thursday between May and mid-September, Gourmet Corner will be hosting Al Fresco dinners with a menu of fresh pasta and risottos prepared by the hotel’s chefs at a live cooking station.

Following dinner, guests can sit back and enjoy a refreshing Gin Cocktail at Regents Gin Bar, placed in their authentic Italian Garden, prepared by a team of experienced mixologists. Alongside the exceptional dining options, Saturday nights play host to live music from DJ Shar and a saxophonist, with the option of Shisha Parties available throughout the summer in the Italian Garden.
 

Regent Summer Extraordinaire

 
Guests staying at Regent this summer can take advantage of the Summer Extraordinaire Package, available between 1st June – 30th September. Starting from €349 per night in a Deluxe Room based on two sharing on a bed and breakfast basis, the package includes exclusive luxury experiences including a day at the secluded Dobrec Beach, accessible only by boat with a home-owned seafood restaurant, access to the award-winning Regent Pool Club with complimentary sunbeds, two signature cocktails and full use of the Regent Spa and in-room amenities.
