Kayaking at Skadar Lake National Park
Virpazar Central Montenegro Skadar Lake https://www.myguidemontenegro.com/events/kayaking-at-skadar-lake-national-park
Undiscovered Montenegro
This stunning kayaking trip begins with a paddle though the lilypads and rushes of Virpazar to the old island prison of Grmožur and then onwards to the tiny fishing village of Raduš, reachable only by boat. Here a lunch of fresh lake fish will be served for you along with refreshing drinks. Vegetarian options available.
After swimming wild at the lake's deepest point - a natural spring some claim reaches nearly 80m deep - and lots of jumping from an old ferry dock, we finish at the secluded Pješačac beach.
Our fleet of kayaks are Z-Pro Tango inflatables. They're ideal for lake and river kayaking, are super stable and extremely comfortable with great back supports, impossible to capsize and impossible to roll and can carry much more than a rigid sit-on-top kayak. They're also easy to get back into after all the swimming you'll be doing in right off the boat and Grade 2 rapids tested for toughness.
