From 2009 following lots of effort and persistence, Mola have created 2 hectares of vineyards, on the ground that is commonly known as infertile and inaccessible. Mola’s vineyards on Rogami slopes are south-oriented, constantly caressed by the north wind and soaked in sunshine during the day. All of Mola’s wines develop exceptional complexity and mineral character.
Wine production is primarily a family business in Mola winery. Defying the overdated tradition, they use valuable experience, modern principles of wine production and up to date equipment. From this Mola have created a range of wines that are now instantly recognizable on the market.
From the very beginning, Mola winemakers are steered by the fact that they depend on nature, and that only nature can provide the best resource to work with. This is why at Mola they are never ready to make a compromise. Mola wine admirers already know that year after year they will always have the great consistent product. After each harvest, within the walls of Mola’s wine cellar, dozens of blends are prepared, of which only a selected few get to the table of their consumers.
