This congress is on an international level and is traditionally held every year in Žabljak in the month of February and brings together over 300 participants from abroad.

The event is organised by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from the University of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Tourism Organisation of Žabljak, which contributes to this conference through the promotion of congress tourism and the city of Žabljak as a tourist destination.
 
Within the aforementioned, on Wednesday, February 21, Tourism Organisation will organize a welcome cocktail for all participants and visitors, as well as the presentation of Žabljak.
