Boat trip to the Queens Beach - An unforgettable experience - Perfect holiday feeling
The Queen's beach is located in the north of the resort Čanj in Montenegro. This small but very attractive beach can only be reached from the water side. We start with our yacht (8.5 m long) from Bar to the north. After passing numerous small bays we headed straight for the Queens beach. While driving, you will enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the coast and the mountains beyond.
Only a few meters from the Queens beach we anchor and make our first stop. Because of the wonderful atmosphere, the beautiful sand and crystal clear sea, this was the favourite beach of the last Montenegrin Queen Milena Petrović (1847-1923) during her summer vacation at the castle 'Topolica'.
It's time for swimming and snorkelling and the fridge of the yacht is filled with beverages for you. Even small snacks are available on board. With our underwater camera, you can capture the best moments over and under water.
Now we head to the next destination, the island of Sveta Neđjelja in Petrovac. On the island, there is a small chapel, which was built, according to the history, by sailors as they escaped after a shipwreck on the island. We stop just by the island and you have the opportunity to ascend to the chapel. From there you have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the coast.
On the way back we stop at several other beautiful bays and there is again ample opportunity for swimming, snorkelling and relaxing.
The half-day tour ends in the Port of Bar, and with the full-day tour, we go from here south to the island of Stari Ulcinj. In the nearby bay Hladna Uvala we invite you for coffee and cake and then waiting together for the setting of the sun in the sea. Passing the coves of Utjeha and Dobra Voda we are going back to the harbour.
The exact route is depending on wind and weather and set according to your wishes. Other attractive destinations like Budva, Sveti Stefan, Sveti Nikola, etc. are also easily accessible.
With a length of 27 feet (about 8.50 meters) our yacht offers sufficient space, also for sunbathing on deck. Treat yourself to a little luxury and spend an unforgettable time on the Adriatic.
Powered by a 5.7-litre V8 engine with 320 hp (duo-prop drive) you will the journey. From the bathing platform with ladder, you have easy access to the sea. The freshwater shower (50 litres) and the sunroof are useful equipment during the trip. A refrigerator is available as well as a small kitchenette. Of course, the yacht is equipped with all the necessary safety equipment, such as GPS, and radio.
The yacht is generally rented out together with skipper and crew. So you don't have to worry about anything and can concentrate on what matters most: Your holiday!
