Pastry chef of Lazure Hotel, Ilona Radovic, has decided to share some of her cooking secrets, so her hotel organised unique master pastry seminars on which Ilona will show the attendees how to make wonderful cake which can be perfect treat for upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays!
After the master seminars, at 6 PM will start the Pastry night, on which Ilona will present her best desserts and cakes. All of them will be available for buying and ordering with special prices.
The participation is 15 EUR per person, in groups of maximum 10 people.
- a lecture about ingredients and their combining,
- secrets of chefs for the fasting the process of making the dough,
- practical part - making of the most tasteful caramel (for the spread or for the cake filling),
- tea, water, lemonade.
After baking the cake, every participant is a owner of what he/she made.
