Private Preschool Facility Svetionik was opened in September 2001. in Bar. This institution was licenced by the Ministry of Education and Sports in August 2010. Licence contains the part about HACCP Standard for food safety.

institution is intended for children from 1 up to 6 years old. The staff who work with the kids is professional and well educated for the job they do. Children have English language classes, dance classes, karate classes and psychologist and speech therapist are available all the time. 

This Kindergarten has gained various awards all around Europe and locally too. They are also organising a lot of events themselves and are founders and organisors of the manifestation 'Pjesmom do zvijezda', which is how they are marking the International Children's Day.
