The restaurant may be a little hard to find but it is only a 15 minute walk north of Kotor Old Town along a quiet beach road and is well worth the effort.
Starting the meal with style you receive an inclusive secret recipe fish pate on fresh toast, including four types of fish and Cognac. After this delectable treat you are free to choose from the many generous portions of traditional Montenegrin food and enjoy the divine taste of some fresh seafood or perfectly cooked meat and accompanying roast vegetables. Restoran Ellas has a very peaceful atmosphere and can be very quiet during low season, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. The restaurant is ideal for couples seeking romance and a beautiful view over the neighbouring beach, with the options to eat inside, or dine alfresco on their picturesque covered patio area.
