What better place to eat international food than on a ship? Prova is a unique and stunning restaurant in the shape of a ship's bow. The minimalist design and light pine wood gives the restaurant an edgy and original appearance with slashes of colour from the multi-coloured napkins and artistic food. With floor to ceiling windows on one side, guests get a panoramic view of the sea and shorefront. Outside, the chillout bar has a selection comfy cream sofas, high bar stools at glass tables and wicker chairs surrounded by subtle lighting and palm trees. There's even an anchor under a tree.

The menu is presented with a splash of colour, with delicacy and finesse. Octopus and cuttlefish are served in free standing cucumber skins and beef tagliata is layered in a tall and delicate tower. Not only is the presentation spectacular, but the taste is heavenly. Fresh and local produce mixed with seasonal and worldly spices, the food is bound to tickle your taste buds.
