Tour Description
The tour starts with hiking along marked mountain paths through untouched nature and rocky landscapes, including visits near natural wells. You will experience fresh air and see diverse plant species alongside traditional rural architecture.
The first viewpoints offer wide views of Tivat Bay and the open sea on one side, and Kotor Bay on the other.
A key stop is Vrmac Fortress, built in 1860 and one of the best-preserved Austro-Hungarian fortifications in the Bay of Kotor. You can explore the remains and learn about Austro-Hungarian military architecture of that era.
The hike continues to the summit of St. Ilija, offering broad views of the entire bay and surrounding mountain peaks. After a short break, the group returns to the starting point, followed by a transfer back to the accommodation location.
