Description
This boat tour departs from Perast, offering a quick ride to Our Lady of the Rocks, a small island with a Roman Catholic church and an attached museum. According to legend, the island was created after two local brothers found a Madonna icon on a rock and locals have since added stones to form the island. A yearly festival called Fasinada continues this tradition.
The tour begins at the Barbeta Speedboat meeting point next to the Museum of Perast, where the team will welcome you. The boat ride takes about 10 minutes each way, with 30 to 40 minutes allocated for your visit to the church and museum. Entry to the church requires a separate ticket.
The skipper will accommodate your schedule for the return trip to Perast. Enjoy views of the Bay of Kotor, surrounded by the mountains and blue water.
