Description
In the Old Town of Bar, where East and West merged, there are the remains of all civilizations except Austro-Hungarian Empire. Today, the Old Bar is the largest open-air museum and it is on the UNESCO list. A visit to the Old Town of Ulcinj will reveal who the pirates of Ulcinj were and why the monument to famous Spanish writer Miguel de Cervantes is located in this town.
On this tour, the first stop is a viewpoint above Valdanos Beach. Then in the direction of Old Town Ulcinj, you will pass through the one of the most beautiful Olive Grawe in Montenegro. Old town Ulcinj in the past was a pirate seat and had a slave market. You will be surprised when find out who was the famous slave sold in this market. Second town is Old town Bar which is located a 4,5 km away from the coast. In the past, there were around 250 different kinds of buildings and today is the biggest archaeological site in Montenegro, open air museum.
