Winery Vucinic - Zenta

Montenegro

The ‘Vučinić – Zenta’ winery is located in village Rogami, in the sub-region of Podgorica, where the Zeta and Morača rivers converge. It is close to the 2000-year-old ruins of the town of Duklja/Doclea and 2 kilometres from the urban region of Podgorica. The name ‘Zenta’ has ancient origins in Montenegro.

The Vučinić family have been wine-makers for several generations and, although they have recently introduced modern technology into their production processes they still respect traditional methods. The quality and taste of their wine is recognized by wine experts and has won a string of gold medals at recent fairs.

The Vučinić winery also produces 300 litres of the quality grape brandy ‘Zenta Loza’ every year.
