Description
Enjoy a relaxing boat tour combining nature and history on Lake Skadar. Start with a cold drink from the captain while cruising through narrow canals and water lily fields. Listen to the calls of rare birds, including the Dalmatian Pelican.
Visit Grmožur Island, known as Montenegro's 'Alcatraz,' a former prison turned historical site. The captain will share its history while you observe the birds inhabiting the island.
Navigate the Morača River, home to kingfishers and other bird species, then venture deeper into the lake’s untouched canals accessible only to small boats. A photo stop is included here.
Cruise past small, untouched islands such as Mala and Velika Čakovica and Andrijska Gora, areas rich in wildlife. Continue through the open lake waters surrounded by impressive landscapes and abundant birdlife.
