Itinerary
The tour begins with a scheduled pickup and drive from your city of departure to Podgorica, taking approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on your location.
In Podgorica, enjoy a 1.5-hour city tour including these stops:
- Independence Square, the main city square
- Bokeška Street, known for cafés and urban atmosphere
- Millennium Bridge, 140 meters long with distinctive 57-meter high piles
- Sastavci or Skaline, the oldest bridge in Podgorica at the Ribnica and Morača confluence, dating back to Roman times
- Sahat Kula (Clock Tower) and Stara Varoš (Old Town), exhibiting Ottoman-era architecture and historic mosques like Skender Čauševa from the 15th century
- Church of St. George, one of the oldest active Christian chapels in Montenegro, dating from the 9th to 11th century
An optional coffee break is available before transferring about 30 minutes to the Kuči region.
Visit the viewpoint for photos, Novak Milošev’s monument, and the Old Town of Medun (Meteon) for sightseeing. Explore the “Marko Miljanov” museum followed by an hour of wine tasting and snacks in a local traditional winery.
Next, visit the river Cijevna canyon and Niagara waterfalls, with a 30-minute photo break. There is an optional lunch at a restaurant before returning to your accommodation city. The tour ends upon drop-off.
