Recently rediscovered by some of the world's more discerning travelers, Montenegro's secluded bays, spectacular scenery, and rustic charm combine to offer one of the globe's most idyllic, untouched coastlines. Set in the small town of Tivat, the Porto Montenegro marina overlooks Europe's southernmost fjord and the eastern Mediterranean's largest natural harbor.

Restaurant ONE was established in 2011 as a first restaurant in this super yacht marina.
Four years in, it still holds the image of neighborly place that attracts yachties, expats and stylish people from all over the region. The flagship bar-restaurant of Porto Montenegro's luxury marina offers  an excellent international wine list and contemporary  Adriatic‐Continental cuisine. Featuring local seafood dishes along with global  favourites not enjoyed elsewhere in the region, ONE's menu is local, seasonal and frequently refreshed.

Welcoming guests from morning lattes and wine splashed lunches through sunset drinks and candlelit cocktails, ONE's cozy indoor-outdoor dining room wrapped by seafront terrace, is perfectly located at the foot of Jetty One overlooking the marina's super yachts.

On a typical day, the patio is filled with the sounds of English, French, Italian, German and Russian chatter over the clink of cocktail glasses and silverware. Business is brisk, service organized and unrushed, the dining room filled with a youthful crowd and replenished champagne; dancing breaks out sporadically and village gossip froths and fizzes. Everyone seems genuinely thrilled to be here. While the rest of Europe staggers and America flounders, Porto Montenegro is filled with a buoyant sense of life on the upswing.
