Description

During his visit to Dubrovnik, the famous English writer George Bernard Shaw said: 'Those who are looking for heaven on earth should come to Dubrovnik.' A tour of the world's second-most-visited open-air museum will surely amaze you. During your free time in the Old Town, you can visit numerous cultural monuments, museums, churches, palaces, towers, meeting places for lovers, a promenade, and a swimming pool - the famous Porporela. We start the adventure by driving to the ferry, where you will enjoy the view of the sea for about 10 minutes. We continue the journey with a scenic drive through Herceg Novi, a town that is recognizable for its mimosas and numerous stairs. It is also the city of the 'sun' due to a large number of sunny days a year. Bring your passport because we're crossing the border, it can be crowded, so you'll have to wait in comfortable cars. But Dubrovnik is a city that should be visited, so crowds are not a problem for us. After crossing the border, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Cavtat and the Dubrovnik Riviera. Before arriving in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, we will take a photo break at the most beautiful Viewpoint of Dubrovnik and Lokrum Island. You could see that island on postcards. It is known as Peacock Island. The journey continues to the very entrance to the Old Town. There are no cars in the old city and little alleyways run off the main boulevards. They’re filled with restaurants, shops, old homes, and photo opportunities. You can stroll down the Stradun and walk the wall of Dubrovnik.Dubrovnik it was historically known as Ragusa It is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean, a seaport, and the center of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. In 1979, the city of Dubrovnik was added to the Unesco list of World Heritage Sites in recognition of its outstanding medieval architecture and fortified old town. You can have lunch in one of the Mediterranean restaurants or have a coffee in Stradun or discover all the Game of Thrones filming locations inside and around Dubrovnik's Old Town. When all that is over, it passes through the new city of Dubrovnik. Where you will be enchanted by its beauty from the car.
