This year's winter Carnival starts on February 18th and lasts until February 26th. The organisor is Cultural Centre 'Nikola Djurkovic', followed with Tourism Organisation of Kotor and General Sponsor the Municipality of Kotor. 

This is an unique time in Montenegro when fellow citizens followed with guests from the region and Europe are enjoying the colorful costume party, made of original costumes, dance and celebrate in Mediterranean spirit.

Main Carnival Events: 

February 18th at 7 pm - Opening of the Carnival on the main square
February 19th at 3 pm - Kids' Carnival at Shopping centre 'Kamelija'
February 25th at 9 pm - Grand Costume Ball at Business Centre 'Vuksic'
February 26th at 3 pm - Traditional Carnival Procession.
