Lazure Hotel & Marina is a host of another stunning Wine Tasting Night event at the beautiful terrace of Rosemarine restaurant. Besides amazing wines by Kovačević winery, they prepared an excellent gourmet offer - a four-course dinner with wine pairings and live music for your entertainment.

One of the most eminent sommeliers from Serbia, Vuk Vuletić will present the finest wines by winery Kovačević:

  • Sauvignon S Edition 2018
  • Chardonnay 2020
  • Chardonnay S Edition 2016
  • Aurelius S Edition 2017.

The menu for the night:
  • MARINATED WATERMELON
    Olive oil marinated watermelon with feta espuma
  • RICOTTA MALFATTI
    Light Tomato Sauce, Sage, Lemon Zest, Scamorza
  • GINGER AND BUTTERNUT SOUP
    Roasted Ginger and Pumpkin, Coconut Espuma, and Lime-Chili infused Oil
  • PISTACHIO CRUSTED TUNA STEAK
    Curried Cauliflower, Grilled Green Onions, Tapioca
  • CHOCOLATE TERRINE
    Saffron Sable, Orange Curd, Cardamom Cream, Brandy Snaps
