The next Chef's Night by historic boutique hotel Cattaro will be held on Saturday, November 11th at 8 pm. The chef for the night will be Olivia Meli, who prepared a five-course menu, which will follow six different wines of the Kamnik winery, Skoplje.
Olivia Meli, chef of the Muse restaurant, Villa Geba on Sveti Stefan is a young rising star on the Montenegrin gastro scene. She began her culinary journey in Australia and then perfected her knowledge and skills in France, where she worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants. Her mentors were some of the biggest names in the world gastro scene such as Joel Robuchon, Emmanuel Renaut and Guy Martin. Her style is inspired by French cuisine and local ingredients, imbued with creativity and elegance.
The wines of the Kamnik winery are already widely recognized for their robustness and quality. The fact that Vranac from the Kamnik winery was declared the best wine in Central and Eastern Europe and received the Grand Trophy award tells us everything. On this Chef's night, we will have the opportunity to try 6 of their labels.
